America's Black Holocaust Museum Strategic Plan
On Tuesday, July 6th, the NMBL team delivered the final iteration of the Strategic Plan to America’s Black Holocaust Museum (ABHM). The report and presentation were extremely well received by board members, staff, and stakeholders. As ABHM prepares to re-open its doors after 13 years of closure, the strategic plan has aligned the organization to a successful pathway that provides a vision for the next 3-5 years. These efforts prompted Dr. Bert Davis, President and CEO of ABHM to say the following about NMBL’s efforts:
Our organization has been blessed to work with NMBL on our strategic framework and process at a very critical time in our re-emergence. They have the perspective on productivity and advancement of a museum or non-profit that is profound. This is because of their experience and leadership in the museum and non-profit world, their inclusion of data collection and research in their findings and finally because of the natural talent and intellect that they possess. I recommend them for any small to large size organization… they can benefit anyone with their work!
