At NMBL Strategies we continue to work on strategic plan education in an effort to help people understand what they should be getting out of a strategic plan, how much a strategic plan should cost, and what a strategic planning process should look like. That’s why we created the Strategic Plan Prep Kit in an effort to ensure nonprofits, small businesses, and public-private partnerships had a basis to begin from, after all without the right foundation it’s nearly impossible to construct the right tower. With this in mind, NMBL has developed a Strategic Plan Request for Proposal Template. This effort came from seeing a lot of things called a Request for Proposal for Strategic Planning Services, only to find it often is not a strategic plan being requested. Strategy is a buzzword, used too frequently without enough definition.
