About NMBL’s Work…
NMBL Strategies was employed as the court appointed receiver by the St. Louis County Courts to wind down the JM Marschuetz Construction business. The company, which had operated for 35 years across several states, had fallen on to tough times and creditors were unable to take the chance of seeing if the company could turn things around. The staff for the company was let go 3 days prior to the filing of the receivership and NMBL was focused on the sale of equipment, the return of leases, working with the bonding companies on project close outs, working with the unions on close out of their agreements and the collection of any outstanding payments.
