Improve Your Board Performance Today
Much of our work is done by educating our clients. Many times clients have dedicated staff or a support network in their community. NMBL Strategies helps organizations to utilize those resources to their full potential and successfully implement strategy, fundraise, or lead. A critical area of education is board development. Between the needs of our clients and the viewership on our board-related blogs, NMBL Strategies decided to launch our new Board Development Training Program. In this program, we will deliver our trusted, expert insights but tailor them to your specific needs. We are thrilled to introduce this education program to supplement our library of board development blogs.
Intensive Training
We begin the development process by leading your board through discussions and training sessions that educate but also determine the key focal points particular to your organization and your board. This stage both utilizes our educational insights but also lends our expert eyes to recognize what your board is doing right and what it needs to improve.
Educational Manual
Based on the discussions and our observations made in the first phase, we provide each board member with a Board Training Manual. These manuals are full of educational materials created with the purpose of ensuring members understand their roles, responsibilities, and how to improve the overall organization.
Takeaway Action Plan
Planning is central to everything we do, and our goal is to instill that same philosophy in our clients’ organizations and businesses. We will always work through the specific needs of your organization and create a Board Action Plan for your specific organization. This plan will serve as a guide so your board has the resources necessary to continue to improve and implement our strategic recommendations.
