Our background is in improving organizations, whether it is Public-Private Partnerships, Nonprofits or Small Businesses. Our work has helped companies raise funds, get through cash flow issues, develop and align strategy, implement more efficient systems and help prepare for overall growth of the business.

A majority of this work focuses on assisting small businesses and nonprofits with building their organization through experience they don’t have within their own leadership. This work focuses on everything from strategy to finance and accounting to developing sales channels to capital raises. Our work centers on our ability to be a strong value add that brings in experience that perhaps wasn’t affordable as a full time position or there isn’t a need for a full time position yet. In the majority of cases our work is so well received we get asked to extend our scope of work, which is a great compliment to our amazing staff and their abilities.
