Press Release: NMBL's CEO Helps Launch the Commercial Receivers Association

NMBL’s CEO, Eric Moraczewski, recently helped co-found the Commercial Receivers Association (CRA) a membership organization committed to providing education, networking and resources for attorneys, turnaround professionals, accountants, brokers, liquidators and bank financiers within the commercial receivership space. 

As a Founding Board Member and Board Treasurer of CRA, Eric will be at the helm of the association’s work developing strategy, building a strong, engaged membership and ensuring the CRA delivers on its mission of “Empowering the Education and Standardization of Commercial Receivership Administration while providing education, networking and practical resources for our members.”

“Having our business’ flagship office in Missouri, which is seen in a leader in commercial receiverships, is personally gratifying.  Becoming one of the co-founders of the CRA was a natural fit and I am proud of the organization’s tremendous growth and its continued focus on the education and standardization of commercial receiverships,” said Moraczewski in the first CRA newsletter.

The CRA recently hosted kickoff events in St. Louis and Kansas City and have more scheduled in Dallas (March 9, 2022), Denver (April 19th, 2022), Ohio (June 16th, 2022), Maryland, Virginia, DC (August 9th, 2022), Oklahoma (October 18th, 2022), and Indiana (December 6th, 2022) with additional dates being scheduled for Minnesota, Rhode Island, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Wisconsin and Nevada for late 2022 and early 2023.  Lastly, CRA is planning its inaugural conference for August 16th, 2022 (virtually) and its inaugural in-person conference for August 2023 with location details to be announced in the coming months.
